By accessing or using the CannaGrudge website, event listings, or any related services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Authentication

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Authentication is provided through third‑party identity providers such as Google, Facebook, and Apple via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful use.

3. Ticketing and Events

• Event details, pricing, and availability may change. Ticket purchases are subject to posted event rules and any applicable refund policy shown at checkout.
• CannaGrudge is not liable for venue actions, performer cancellations, or weather and other events beyond our control.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass, harm, or infringe on the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape our content, or bypass security.
• Do not upload or transmit malware, spam, or other objectionable content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Service are the property of CannaGrudge or our licensors and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute content without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, error‑free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CannaGrudge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CannaGrudge, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Venue for disputes will lie in courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
