CannaGrudge (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates event and ticketing pages (the “Service”). This notice explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account info from identity providers you choose (Google, Facebook, Apple) via Firebase Authentication: name, email, profile photo, and provider id/UID.
• Basic usage data our web server or hosting platform may log (IP, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps) for security and diagnostics.
• Support messages you send us (emails, forms, attachments).

How we use information

• Authenticate you and provide your dashboard and tickets.
• Operate, secure, and debug the Service; prevent abuse and fraud.
• Communicate about your account, events, and policy updates.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.

Sharing

• Service providers that help us run the Service (e.g., Firebase/Google). They process data on our behalf under contract.
• Legal when required by law, to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
• We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for security, operations, and legal/compliance requirements. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your choices”).

Your choices & rights

• Access/Update: manage your profile via your identity provider; contact us for additional requests.
• Delete: request deletion of your account and related data. See the User Data Deletion page for instructions.
• Opt‑out of marketing: use the unsubscribe link or contact us.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including Firebase Authentication and HTTPS) to protect data. No method is 100% secure; use complex passwords on your identity provider accounts and keep devices updated.

International

Data may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
